Nishchay Yatra of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar starts on November 9 across the state

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday said he would embark on a ‘Nishchay Yatra’ across the state from November 9 to take feedback from the public on the implementation of prohibition and development works to achieve his seven resolves.

“The government has completed almost a year in the state and I feel like going to the people and take their feedback on its popular programmes,” he said.

The chief minister was speaking after launching a programme, ‘Har ghar pakki gali, naliya’ (road and sewage connection to every household), a key component of his ‘seven resolves’ which have been adopted by the grand secular alliance government as the “policy of governance” for five years.

Nitish said under the ‘Nishchay Yatra’, he would take feedback from the public on the implementation of prohibition, development programmes under seven resolves and also, on the functioning of the public grievance redressal centres.
