CM pledges support to investors for chipping in edu sector

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has assured investors that the government will provide all necessary amenities to them for investing in education sector as it wanted to make the state an education hub.

Addressing the CEOs and Chairpersons of educational institutions in the Round Table Conference in New Delhi, Das said irrespective of the field of work, “we should focus on nation building”.

“Through imparting true and quality education in the state, one can be the co-partner in building the nation,” Das was quoted as saying by an official statement.

He assured that the government will provide supportive ambiance for investment in the state.

For imparting quality education, the state government has given the responsibility of running 89 government schools to DAV group and 29 tribal schools under Welfare Department to Shishu Vidya Mandir.

Blaming political instability for not getting desired result in the educational field, Das said his government has undertaken many steps to impart quality education.

However, in order to make the state an education hub, the participation of private institutions is necessary, he said, adding that every student wants campus selection.
