Mumbai: Navin Prakash, who is the latest to be evicted from “Bigg Boss”, feels celebrities have an edge over commoners in garnering more votes owing to their popularity.
The current season 10 of the popular reality show has commoners battling out with celebs in the ‘Big Boss’ house.
“They have their own set of people or group to vote for them besides the fans. As audience hardly knows us, we get less votes. We can’t question the format of the show or the channel or the audience… this is how ‘Bigg Boss’ is,” Navin told PTI.
“As commoners we had to make our presence felt and I did it in my way. I was active right from the beginning. I never took sympathy for being poor. As a contestant, I had to match up shoulder to shoulder with the celebrities,” he said.
