Pakistan resorts to unprovoked shelling on LoC. Again!

Pakistani Army once again violated the ceasefire agreement and resorted to unprovoked shelling and firing on Indian positions on the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu region’s Rajouri district on Tuesday.

According to the agencies the defence sources said, “The shelling and firing in the Naushera sector began at 8.30 p.m. on Monday night and continued till 1.30 a.m. today.”

Though, the defence sources confirmed that no casualties have been reported this time, one Indian soldier was died due to Pakistani troop’s firing in the same area on Sunday.

So far, more than 25 ceasefire violations have occurred along the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir after India carried out surgical strikes in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir to neutralise the terror launch pads.

In these firing and shelling, five civilians and four armymen had sustained injuries in Poonch district. Nine Pakistani armymen were injured in retaliatory action by Indian troops along LoC.
