A huge fire has broken out at a building site in Dubai, the sixth in a series of infernos which have hit the emirate this year according to a DailyMail report.
A pall of thick, black smoke filled the sky above what was due to become the Viceroy Dubai Jumeirah Village, a development worth £300million.
Flames flickered from the 60-storey Skai Tower, which would have been one of Dubai’s top destinations when completed.
