New Delhi: Former Congress Rajya Sabha MP and renowned poet Bekal Utsahi passed away at a city hospital in the wee hours today following brain haemmorhage.
He was admitted on December 1 at RML hospital following brain haemmorhage, said a doctor.
Utsahi passed away at 4.30 AM in the ICU.
