Muzaffarnagar: A 22-year-old man committed suicide by stabbing himself in the district after a married woman, with whom he was in a relationship, refused to meet him, police said today.
Sonu committed suicide in Begarazpur village last evening after the woman, who is employed at a medical college, declined to meet him, they said.
The body has been sent for postmortem and police has registered a case against the woman, her husband and her son for abetment of suicide.
