Aizawl: A framework of agreement was worked out in the second round of peace talks between the Mizoram government and the Hmar People’s Convention (Democratic) which concluded today, a senior official said.
“Both sides were sincere to find an amicable solution to the Hmar problem and the talks were held under mutual trust and understanding,” Additional Secretary to Home Department, Lalbiakzama said.
