Police found New Rs. 2,000 Notes on terrorists killed in Kashmir

On Tuesday two terrorists have been killed in an encounter in Bandipora in Jammu and Kashmir in a gunfight with security forces and police said that they have found new notes of Rs 2000 on them.

The police said the terrorists had Rs. 15,000 in cash, including two notes of the new Rs. 2,000, and 160 Rs. 100 notes.

The gunfight went on for hours. Both are suspected to be from the Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba, the police said.
