The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) does away with limits on cash withdrawal from ATMs from February 1. All limits on current account and overdraft accounts stand withdrawn with immediate effect, the central bank said.
However, the restrictions on withdrawal of Rs 24,000 a week from savings bank account will continue for now.
