UTTAR PRADESH: As reported Rahul Gandhi was doing a road show in Sitapur, UP. During the show a shoe was thrown at him. The shoe missed the Congress leader narrowly and did not touch him. The attacker was arrested.
Mr Gandhi who was travelling in a top open conveyance saw the shoe targeted at him and saved himself.
The attacker is a youth and has been under interrogation with police.
