Trinamool MPs to stage protest against arrest of 2 party colleagues

New Delhi: Trinamool Congress MPs today staged protest near Gandhi statue on Parliament premises against arrest of two of their colleagues by CBI in connection with Rose Valley chit fund scam.

During the protest, the MPs marched from the statue to gate number 4 shouting slogans against the Centre over the arrests of MPs Sudip Bandopadhyay and Tapas Pal, alleging they were being hounded after they raised their voice against demonetisation.
