Two held in Bihar journalist murder case

Sasaram: Two persons were today arrested in connection with the recent murder of a journalist of a prominent vernacular daily, police said today.

Scribe Dharmendra Singh, a journalist with Dainik Bhaskar, was shot dead by some unidentified assailants when he was having tea at a roadside stall in his village Amra talab of Rohtas district.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT), constituted to probe the murder case, arrested two persons during a raid late last night, a statement issued by the office of the Director General of Police (DGP) said.

Those arrested have been identified as Radhika Raman Rai and Manish Singh, Patna Zonal Inspector General N H Khan told PTI.
