Banks seem to have a tough time to handle the staggering amount of people that are flocking every day to exchange their now defunct money in the hope of getting new currency. Modi in his speech had said that there will be hurdles in this fight against black money but the common citizens probably didn’t bargain for this much trouble when they agreed wholeheartedly to be a part of this initiative.

Several queues around all over India had been bustling with people who are grumbling and showing major discontent citing that the banks are doing a poor job to handle the rush. Lines of people seem to be never-ending and the process of dispensing money is just not fast enough. There are no provisions made for the elderly and female citizens and entire affair is proving to be a dismal one.
