She was speaking at the Women Writers festival here that sought to raise questions about a workplace’s eligibility to qualify as inclusive, or the perennial dilemma of maintaining a work-home balance faced by women alone, while men go scott free behind the garb of being the bread winner of the house.
The two-day event held at Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication here, saw eminent writers and publishers including Butalia, Ritu Kapur, co-founder of news outlet Quint, writer Aparna Jain and stand-up comedian Radhika Vaz among others, talk about the dynamics of being a working woman.
