Hurricane Matthew strikes Haiti and Cuba, 7 people dead

Hurricane Matthew, a dangerous hurricane struck in Haiti shortly after daybreak as an “extremely dangerous” Category Four storm — the maximum category is considered to be five — near the southwestern town of Les Anglais. The top winds blew at the speed of around 230 km per hour, the US National Hurricane Center said.
