Indian politicians hardly have the patience to dissuade themselves from frequent interruptions, disavowals, condemnations and mortal screaming. To expect them to exercise their wits, in case they had any, would be to expect something impossible.
This does not mean, however, that Parliaments all over the world suffer from this sorry fate.
