Salman Khan’s bodyguard and close confidante for almost 18 years, Shera was booked yesterday on charges of physical assault after a police complaint was filed against him at the DN Nagar police station in Mumbai.
Victim Akhtar Qureshiaccused Shera of hitting him with the butt of a pistol after a heated argument Shera had with Qureshi’s friend over the phone on Tuesday, October 25. Shera was later arrested by the DN Nagar police.
The celebrity bodyguard, before heading to the police station gave a statement in his defence and said that it was just a verbal argument and not a physical fight.
