Cobrapost Unearths Racket Selling Stuffs Illegally at Railway Stations of Delhi NCR

Our investigation raises disturbing question about the quality of the foodstuff that these gang leaders and their members are selling at various railway station. We don’t find any checks and balances in place to ensure quality. Instead, the stalls which made foodstuffs and sold them were conspicuous by dirt and unhygienic conditions around, pointing to the health hazards they are posing to unsuspecting passengers. Then, how such a racket could thrive, to the detriment of passengers comfort and safety, at various railway stations in Delhi where both the Union government and the Railways Ministry sit? And how the Railway Police could run a racket of water selling at the Ghaziabad Railway Station?
