A couple and their three children were allegedly killed by unidentified persons in Tehra village in Hafizganj area at Bareilly on Tuesday, police said.
While body of Succha Singh (50) was found in a field near his house with a bullet injury on his back, the bodies of his wife Jaspreet SIngh Kaur (42) and children–Aanshu (12), Gurdayal (14) and Hardayal (10)– were found in the house, they said.
The bodies have been sent for postmortem, police said, adding the matter is being probed.
