Kolkata: Two-day-long children’s literature festival will be held this weekend

Kolkata: Bringing children closer to books through storytelling, dramatised readings, theatre, poetry, art and craft, a two-day-long children’s literature festival will be held here this weekend.

Bookaroo, India’s largest dedicated-to-children literature festival, will be taking place in Kolkata for the first time on November 5 and 6 at the Indian Museum.

Festival director Jo Williams said their mission is to bring children and books together to celebrate the joy of reading through storytelling, dramatised readings, theatre, poetry, art and craft.
