Manoj Tiwari represents Northeast Delhi constituency while Rai represents Ujiarpur constituency of Bihar in the Lok Sabha. Earlier the Bihar unit of the BJP was headed by Mangal Pandey.
Tiwari has a huge fan following among the migrants from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. The Bhojpuri singer won the North East Delhi Lok Sabha seat in the 2014 parliamentary elections.
