The US Congress too is contemplating three bills moved by different legislators that propose multiple ways of curbing the misuse of H1B and L1 visas.
The latest of these bills, moved by California Democrat Zoe Lofgren, suggests raising the minimum salary that must be paid to an H1B visa holder to $130,000 from the present $60,000 if the employer wants to avoid scrutiny.
