Pakistani troops violate ceasefire at various places along LoC: J-K

Meanwhile, there was peace along the international border in R S Pura and Arnia sectors where Pakistani guns fell silent around 8 pm Thursday. Though there has been no mortar shelling or small arms fire since then, people in various villages have moved to safer places following advise by the local administration.

Similarly, after firing 80 mm and 120 mm mortar shells at various places on the Indian side for some hours, the Pakistani guns were silent along the Line of Control in Mendhar and KG sectors since last night. The Indian army had retaliated the Pakistani shelling.
