Pakistani police officer confirms India’s surgical strike in sting operation

A CNN-News18 report said that a senior Pakistani official, under the impression that he was talking to a superior, admitted that there were in fact casualties in the surgical strike by India across the Line of Control.

The sting operation report has said that the police officer rattled off the events of the night when the surgical strike took place and confirmed the claims made by the Indian Army.

“Sir, that was night…you can say roughly 3-4 hours… between 2 AM and 4 or 5 AM… the attack continued between that time,” Ghulam Akbar is recorded as stating.
